Where to Order Fresh Fillets &
Value-Added Products

If you want to serve local seafood in your school, you can order fresh fillets from your distributors, or purchase one of our partners' ready-to-heat-and-eat seafood products.

Keep in mind that you can substitute just about any local fish in any recipe,​

so order whatever is available and fresh!

Fresh Fillets

You can order fresh fillets from the following distributors

You can order fresh local fish fillets from Harbor Fish Market via Native Maine. Species will vary with seasonal availability, but you can find grey sole, dab flounder, haddock, hake and more. Look for the "ME" designation to make sure it's a local species or ask your rep.

You can order fresh local fish fillets from Free Range Fish. Species will vary with seasonal availability.

You can order fresh local fish fillets from Sea Salt Lobster's wholesale branch, based in Saco. They will ship fillets next day at a low cost.
