If you want to serve local seafood in your school, you can order fresh fillets from your distributors, or purchase one of our partners' ready-to-heat-and-eat seafood products.
Keep in mind that you can substitute just about any local fish in any recipe,
so order whatever is available and fresh!

You can order fresh local fish fillets from Harbor Fish Market via Native Maine. Species will vary with seasonal availability.
You can also order Hurricane's Soups (Monkfish Stew, Pollock Soup, and others) from Native.
Fillets and soups all qualify

Graffam Bros in Rockport uses local fish and local potatoes to produce a 4 oz fishcake, a 1 oz fish "tot," and a loose fish mix. They also offer plain cooked & flaked flounder.

Hurricane's Soups in Greene uses local fish and other Maine ingredients to make their Maine Coast Monkfish Stew and Sweet Potato Pollock Soup (along with 12 other LFF qualified soups).
