#LoveMaineWaters Campaign Kicking Off This Summer A coalition of Maine nonprofits is announcing a community communications campaign to...
The Maine Coast Fishermen's Association works to enhance the sustainability of Maine’s fisheries by advocating for the needs of community-based fishermen and the environmental restoration of the Gulf of Maine.
Matt Barter’s original oil on canvas painting,"Boatwork" depicts fishermen and the working waterfront of South Gouldsboro's Pier.
One hundred, 18” x 24” archival paper pints, of Matt Barter’s original oil on canvas painting, "Boatwork," have been signed, numbered, and donated to MCFA to raise funds for our fishermen wellness program. Only 100 are in existence and no more will be produced.
Celebrate and support Maine's fishermen and fishing heritage in the spot MCFA was founded!
Join MCFA on August 8th at the Ocean View Grange in Port Clyde for a live auction, local seafood, drinks, and lively company. Tickets are limited so get yours quick as this event will be sold out.
A new take on fisheries stew-ardship!
The results are in and people are falling in love with MCFA's Maine Coast Monkfish Stew.
The Monkfish Stew is produced by Hurricane’s Premium Soups & Chowders and is sold in a "heat & serve" pouch for a quick and easy dinner option.
All proceeds benefit MCFA’s Fishermen Feeding Mainers program.
