As the Development Coordinator, you will work with the MCFA team and stakeholders to lead and implement development efforts. You will execute and evaluate all development activities and strategies for annual fund, major gifts, corporate and foundation giving, online giving, fundraising, and special events, research and identify new revenue sources, oversee grant writing and continue to maintain and develop donor database.
Position: Full Time. Salaried.
Fundraising and strategic visioning
Lead efforts to secure funding from foundation and government sources
Develop and implement an annual fundraising plan
Design and oversee activities to meet fundraising goals
Manage and complete complex projects with multi-month timelines and competing priorities
Develop and maintain relationships with donors
Identify and cultivate market opportunities
Coordinate and support fundraising and development activities
Oversee day to day outreach and communication
Oversight of events, sponsorships, membership, and other development-related activities
