Recipe Inspiration Using Fish Mix

Fish Hash Browns
Form mix into patties and fry until golden on the griddle, or brush patties with olive oil and bake until golden in convection oven.
Fish Croquettes
Jazz up your salad bar with some fish croquettes! Add some eggs to the fish mix and any seasonings you like, then scoop and fry (or bake).
Cheesy Egg Bake
Combine fish mix with potato tots, red onion, shredded cheddar, liquid eggs, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper and bake as a casserole.
Fish Meatballs
Add Italian seasoning (and any other desired ingredients) to the fix mix; scoop into balls and bake until crispy. Serve with pasta and red sauce.
Fisherman's Breakfast
