MCFA is hiring a Director of Operations. We're looking for a person passionate about Maine and its fishing communities who will help MCFA grow and succeed in our mission of building vibrant fishing communities for this and the next generation of fishermen.


The position will help to manage internal organizational operations, programmatic needs, and assets in outreach & fundraising.

10 Reasons Fishermen Oppose Offshore Wind 

This past winter, the Maine Governor's office announced their intention to apply for the country's first offshore floating wind research array in the Gulf of Maine.
